1. Factory Evaluation/Inspection
It allows you to check all aspects of the factory before signing a contract. In order to make sure your suppliers meet all your requirements, we analyze and evaluate everything from factory’s organization and production
capacities to facilities and working conditions.
2. Detailed research/analysis on products or component specifications.
3. Price negotiation.
4. Contract negotiation (including Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)).

QUALITY ASSURANCE
 
A-- QMP Quality Management Planning
To guarantee success in your production process, our highly-skilled Account Managers will clearly establish all customer requirements and communicate these fully to the 
supplier - before the manufacturing process begins.
B-- PSS Production Status Service
After customer standards have been agreed, and pre-production approvals have been signed off, DAITTO provides onsite “in-production” inspections and updates to satisfy our customer needs.
Below are categories and examples of steps within the manufacturing process a customer may require we execute.        .
1.  Pre-Production Meeting (PPI)
The PPI allows our quality control specialists to conduct a detailed overview of the manufacturing process in direct collaboration with factory representatives. The pre-production (PP) sample(s) will
be assessed to ensure they are on standard. On completion of the PPI meeting a Pre-Production Meeting Report will be issued to the customer – this includes a final production calendar, comments,
output ratio information, and projected shipping timelines.      
2.  Initial On-line Production Inspection (IOPI)
As soon as a product is approved and initially hits the production floor we will be your eyes and ears in the factory. Based on our  Pre-Production Meeting Report we will ensure manufacturers are producing
to the agreed upon standard. 
An Initial On-line Inspection  .Report will be provided to the customer with clear comments, pictures, and any correction or improvement action plans required.     
3.  Full Production Monitoring (FPM) 
When additional assistance for challenging orders is needed, or when corrective action needs to be monitored based on comments from the Initial On-line Inspection (or customer request) we offer a service to monitor production flow on a daily basis. DGSS.’s Full Production Monitoring service provides clear information in real-time on the corrective action
taken on what’s happening right now.
4.  Final Pre-Shipment Inspection (FPSI)
As is the norm with all shipments of merchandise, we offer a Final Inspection to assure our customer their standards have been met and their expectations satisfied. DAITTO offers several quality platforms to
follow, such as AQL (4.0, 2.5, and 1.5). However, we will always take   direction from our customer on what standard is appropriate.
In the event of a rejected Final Inspection, DGSS offers Repeat-Final Inspection services and full production monitoring of any corrective   action(s) that may be required.
5.  Shipping and Logistics
Based on customer requests we offer a container supervision service to check packing and loading directions have been followed correctly. We provide detailed reporting, copies of packing lists, loading
documentation and photos to our customers.
DGSS can manage your loading and shipping logistics, ensuring that all containers, packed goods, product markings and packaging materials are in compliance with requirements of orders. A thorough
inspection for observed damages will be conducted on your behalf.
